SSI Decisions ("SSI", "we", "us") is a workforce-scheduling software company headquartered in Chicago, with EMEA operations run out of Dubai. We provide enterprise scheduling software to organizations that operate shift-based businesses.

Information you give us: contact details (name, email, company, role) submitted through our website forms or sales conversations. Information we collect automatically: standard server logs, basic analytics (pages viewed, country-level location), and cookie data where applicable.

To respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, send relevant product information, and improve the quality of our website. We never sell your data.

4. Where we store it

Lead information is stored in Pipedrive (CRM). Marketing analytics, where applicable, are stored in privacy-preserving tools that don't profile individual visitors.
